This is a video of a boat plane that decides to end up on the beach! It appears the pilot loses control during the takeoff run and is unable to keep the plane straight.
Watch this video as a Cessna single engine aircraft crash lands onto a baseball field right in the middle of a game. The pilot walked away without injury.
Another amazing video displaying how real it can get in Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2004.
This video was created to demonstrate the realism of Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2004. Every part of the world is mapped to a real scale and all aircraft posess acurate flight characteristics.
This is a video of a crosswind landing attempt of a TAP Airbus 321 at Lisbon airport. The landing was aborted and the pilot chose to 'go around.' A 'crosswind landing' is a landing when the prevailing wind is blowing across the runway. The pilot is putting full rudder and trying to land in a crab (where the upwind wing is down to prevent it from blowing across the runway) but still doesn't have enough rudder left to yaw the plane straight down the runway.
An Airbus A320 performs a very interesting takeoff procedure. 10,000 feet per minute in a steep climb out at an airshow. This just goes to show you what a commercial aircraft is capable of when the pilots are not concerned about passenger safety.
A beautiful compilation of various types of aircraft and various phases of flight -- all set to some catchy music.
Some amazing video taken at FAI Aerobatic World Grand Prix in Japan 2002 including both field side views as well as in-cockpit views. Some great flying takes place in this video.
Landing a Korean Air Boeing 747 into Kai Tak Airport. This international airport in Hong Kong has since been closed, yet it is still considered to have been one of the most difficult approaches any pilot could fly. It was nicknamed the 'checkerboard approach' because the pilots used to aim at a large checkerboard patterned billboard on the side of a mountain, and then bank the plane as hard as they could towards the runway.
