747 Landing at Kai Tak Airport

Landing a Korean Air Boeing 747 into Kai Tak Airport. This international airport in Hong Kong has since been closed, yet it is still considered to have been one of the most difficult approaches any pilot could fly. It was nicknamed the 'checkerboard approach' because the pilots used to aim at a large checkerboard patterned billboard on the side of a mountain, and then bank the plane as hard as they could towards the runway.

This pilot really had his foot on that left rudder at the end!

i can't seem to find any working links that will download the video of this 747 which completed this dangerous 45 degree turn just feet above runway 13 at Kai Tak International Airport. Can you send me the .wma, or .mpeg or do you know a good site that I can get it from? E-mail me at taylorma@cableone.net please.
